These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") bind on the one hand the company APG FORME SARL (hereinafter "Les Massages d'Agadir" or "the Massage and Wellness Center") with a capital of 30,000 DHS, whose registered office is located at 420, Rue Abbas Kabbage, Cité Riad Essalam, opposite Mokhtar Soussi Mosque in Agadir, Morocco, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Agadir under number 15611, which operates a Massage and Wellness Center and a wellness treatment service called Les Massages d'Agadir, and on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to purchase services (access to the Massage and Wellness Center, facial or body treatments, and any other services offered by Les Massages d'Agadir) or products either via the website www.massagesagadir.com, by telephone, or at the reception of Les Massages d'Agadir. Any purchase implies unconditional acceptance and prior knowledge of the general terms and conditions of sale.
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the conditions, terms, and modalities of booking, execution, and cancellation of services, treatments, and massages offered by Les Massages d'Agadir, as well as product sales. They establish the contractual relationship between Les Massages d'Agadir and its clients (hereinafter the "Client"). Unless otherwise specified, these GTC apply without restriction to all sales made remotely or at the reception of the Massage and Wellness Center by Les Massages d'Agadir. The Client acknowledges that Les Massages d'Agadir has provided necessary advice before any booking and that they have been able to understand the content of the services offered by the Massage and Wellness Center.
The Client acknowledges that by booking a service at the Massage and Wellness Center, they have read and accepted these GTC without reservation. The Client is informed that Les Massages d'Agadir may update the terms of these GTC. In such cases, the applicable GTC will be those in force at the time of the Client's order and/or booking. Acceptance of these GTC also implies acceptance of the internal regulations of the Massage and Wellness Center.
Access to the Massage and Wellness Center and wellness services is open, subject to availability, to clients of Les Massages d'Agadir under the conditions specified during booking and the pricing indicated on www.massagesagadir.com.
Access to the Massage and Wellness Center, unless otherwise agreed, is reserved for persons over 6 years of age with parental consent and who declare themselves to be legally competent. The Client agrees to respect hygiene, etiquette, safety, and the proper use of equipment. In case of violation of these rules or the Center’s internal regulations, Les Massages d'Agadir reserves the right to suspend services and immediately deny access. Access conditions may evolve due to any governmental or administrative restrictions.
The buyer wishing to reserve a wellness service must do so via the website www.massagesagadir.com, by phone, or at the reception of the Massage and Wellness Center. In accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the website and brochures provide essential information about massages, treatments, and gift vouchers, allowing the Client to review them before purchase and consult via phone or in person.
To validate an order for a wellness service and/or access to the Center or a product to pick up, the Client must:
Only full payment validates the order, and the Client will receive a confirmation email listing the chosen service. If no date and time were booked, the Client must contact the Center by phone, email, or in person to schedule the service.
The Client may also order by phone. Contact information and, if applicable, hotel and room number will be requested to confirm the reservation (date and time of the ordered services).
The Client may order and book directly at the reception. Prepayment may be required. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of full understanding, waiving any personal purchase conditions. All provided data and recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.
Except for withdrawal or cancellation rights described in these GTC, any order or purchase, including gift vouchers, is final. Access, services, or unused services are non-refundable. Validity of unbooked services or gift vouchers is 1 year from purchase. After expiry, the purchase price remains retained by Les Massages d'Agadir.
Clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled service. Jewelry should be removed. Lockers are available for personal belongings. Robes, towels, and slippers are provided upon arrival. Swimwear for women and shorts for men are supplied. Service duration includes preparation time. Accessories used by therapists are disinfected, and linens are changed after each session.
Products on www.massagesagadir.com are sold only at the reception, not online or by phone. Sales are subject to stock availability. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative; Les Massages d'Agadir is only liable for availability at the time of the visit.
All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) inclusive of all taxes. VAT adjustments may apply. Prices shown on the website or at the Center at the time of order are the only applicable prices.
All products are covered by warranties under Moroccan law. Claims should be addressed to Les Massages d'Agadir, 420 Rue Abbas Kabbage, Cité Riad Essalam, 80000 - Agadir, Morocco, or via email at booking@massagesagadir.com.
For remote purchases (website or phone), the Client has 14 days from purchase to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. Refunds or gift voucher issuance are possible.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard via PAYZONE/CMI. Payment confirmation is required before reservation.
Clients may pay on-site. Payment is only valid once received. Online payments are preferred for faster reservation confirmation.
Les Massages d'Agadir reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. No liability is assumed.
Services are wellness and aesthetic treatments, not medical. Clients should inform therapists of pregnancy, allergies, or medical contraindications. Children over 6 may receive certain services with parental consent.
All elements of www.massagesagadir.com are the exclusive property of APG FORME SARL. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.
Any dispute arising from execution or interpretation of the contract shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Agadir.
